Candidates must possess:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a residential construction project manager / field superintendent Extensive knowledge of the construction process A positive attitude and the ability to remain upbeat and a solid leader A top-notch communicator Detail oriented and highly organized Strong ethics and values along with the desire to do the right thing - always putting our clients above taking the easy approach The drive to be a member of a team - works well with other employees as well as trade partners, and leads carpenters with a positive attitude Must be timely, reliable, and presentable at all times Job duties: Managing all types of building projects from start to finish Supervising carpenters and trade partners to ensure quality work and that projects are staying on schedule while maintaining a positive morale Working closely with the office staff to ensure that all records are updated and accurate, including any scope of work changes Constant communication with our clients to ensure an exceptional experience while producing the highest of quality project, on time Managing Buildertrend software daily with project updates Abilities required: Reading and understanding blueprints produced by architects or designers Keeping track of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and structure Setting realistic time-bound deadlines and work with trade partners to ensure that deadlines are met Position includes the following upon hire: Company vehicle Smart phone Tablet Position includes the following benefit offerings after 90 days: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short term disability insurance 401k with company match Paid holidays Paid time off Hours are Monday through Friday with some on-call weekends.
