Residential Counselor/ Case Manager Interface Youth Program

Counselor / Case Manager - Palatka, FL CDS Family & Behavioral Health Services, Inc., a trusted nonprofit social services agency serving North Central Florida for over 55 years, is seeking a Residential Counselor for our Interface Youth Shelter, a short-term residential facility in Palatka. We are looking for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting at-risk youth and their families through quality counseling and case management. Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family counseling and case management services to adolescents and their families Facilitate family interventions and offer parenting education Collaborate with community partners to support long-term client success Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Experience in adolescent counseling, family interventions, and crisis stabilization Strong ability to manage cases and work collaboratively within a team Previous experience working with at-risk youth and families is strongly preferred
