Residential Counselor

Looking for a highly motivated, positive, empathetic, responsible, and caring individual to join our team. Your role as a Support Counselor would be to assist the Weekend Coordinator in supporting adults with disabilities in their own home in the Fall River area with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), to include, but not limited to, household chores, shopping, direct personal care, and community experience. You will be expected to be very active in the community, so should not consider this an in-home care position only. It is required that you have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record for the past 3 concurrent years. You must have a reliable insured and registered vehicle as you will utilize your own vehicle to bring the individual to run errands, shop, visiting friends and family, participate in community events, such as musicals, concerts, sports events, fairs, activities, etc. Travel is paid per mile. Cori, DPPC, finger printing, and driving record checks completed for employment. $25.50 per hour

Hours:

Every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 7:30 pm (non-negotiable), this is a permanent weekend 20hr position.
