Oliver Heating & Cooling is a growing HVAC company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview:
As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality support for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives Monitor call quality, scheduling, and team performance Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Train, coach, and develop team members Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth operations Create the weekly schedule for proper staffing and coverage Maintain accurate records and reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry preferred) Proven leadership or supervisory experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Service Titan a plus.
