Make a difference with DSC! Residential Direct Support Professional (CILA DSP) / HIRING NOW - Bi-Annual Retention Bonuses! Developmental Services Center (DSC) provides comprehensive services across the lifespan-from birth through adulthood-including family development, case management, employment, residential, respite, and community day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Champaign and Ford Counties. No experience necessary, and we offer extensive PAID training for DSP's who help fulfill our mission and support the individuals we serve. CNA's are encouraged to apply! This position is integral to providing residential support services to people in the Champaign County area. In this role, you will provide guidance and supervision, conduct individual and group training programs, general household maintenance and routines, and complete data and records according to individual program plans and Group Home procedures.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
Grant-funded retention bonuses up to 2 payments for a maximum of $1,600 per fiscal year! (depending on when in the grant year you were hired) PAID Training Professional resources available through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) with opportunities to connect with peers from all over the U.S. All benefits start day 1 of employment $17.50 per hour with an additional $2.00 per hour starting midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. DSC SUMMARY OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/G.E.D. 21 years of age with Valid Driver's License Must pass fingerprint-based background check Patience, compassion, communication skills, teamwork, dependability, integrity EOE
