Charleston Greater Area, SC Essential Functions/Duties:

Including but not limited to: Perform residential electrical service calls and troubleshooting. Diagnose, repair, or replace electrical components and systems. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Maintain organized service vehicles and job documentation. Independently make sound decisions in the best interest of the customer. Represent TradesPeople with integrity and professionalism.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:

Including but not limited to: Must be Journeyman level. Plus a minimum of 2 years experience in residential electrical service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or GED preferred. Clean driving record. Reliable transportation to the shop No specific license required. Clearly speak the English language Must be able to rewire, rough in, trim out, diagnose issues (including

AFCI/GFCI

failures), replace panels, replace services, install or replace fixtures, install new circuits, install surge protection systems, drive ground rods, conduct intelligent conversations with homeowners, instruct and develop helpers and apprentices. Strong working knowledge of 2020-2023 NEC / 2021 SCIRC Clean record (No General Sessions convictions) Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and technical diagrams. Generator installation and maintenance experience preferred but not required. Reliable and strong work ethic. Own basic hand and power tools.
