Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do:

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and ventilation components. Review job requirements and materials prior to installation. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Complete installation notes, documentation, and equipment registration. Assist in training junior team members when needed.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred. EPA Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Professional communication and customer service skills. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
