Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and safety inspections Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues Identify system deficiencies and clearly explain repair or replacement options to homeowners Recommend system improvements, repairs, and indoor air quality solutions as appropriate Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites in customers' homes Complete service documentation, job notes, and invoices accurately and timely Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local codes Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times Participate in on-call rotation as required Qualifications 3 years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred) EPA Universal Certification required Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, and split systems Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Preferred (Not Required) Journeyman or Master HVAC license Manufacturer certifications (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, etc.) Sales or lead-generation experience Join us and become part of a company that values its employees, offers opportunities for growth, and is committed to providing the best service in the industry. $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
