Job Description
About Us:

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive estimates
- Close sales
- Manage projects from initial contract to completion, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Proactively coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to all appropriate team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC sales experience, or 10 years of project management/licensed field experience
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- CT/MA Heating/Cooling D, B or S-license preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Service Titan or other trades software is preferred but not required (training will be provided to those that are new to the technology)
