Job Description

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive estimates
  • Close sales
  • Manage projects from initial contract to completion, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project
  • Proactively coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to all appropriate team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC sales experience, or 10 years of project management/licensed field experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes
  • Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • CT/MA Heating/Cooling D, B or S-license preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Service Titan or other trades software is preferred but not required (training will be provided to those that are new to the technology)
