Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

EPA Certification and a valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical expert and brand ambassador, ensuring the comfort and safety of families across Southwest Florida. This role empowers you to solve complex mechanical challenges while building long-term trust with homeowners in a supportive, family-owned environment. How You Will Make an Impact Diagnose and resolve complex residential HVAC system malfunctions to restore essential home comfort. Execute precise mechanical repairs and emergency services in strict accordance with local building codes and company standards. Troubleshoot system efficiency issues and safety concerns to provide homeowners with reliable, long-term HVAC solutions. Communicate technical findings and professional recommendations clearly to ensure customers can make informed decisions about their home systems. Maintain a professional and organized mobile workspace to ensure project transparency and operational efficiency. Generate increased value for the business and the customer by identifying opportunities for system upgrades and replacements. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience specifically within the residential HVAC service field. Proven ability to work independently while managing a high-volume service route and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Active EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants and specialized HVAC equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport and trust with residential clients. Valid driver's license and a history of safe vehicle operation are mandatory for this field-based role. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced proficiency in diagnosing a wide variety of HVAC brands and high-efficiency residential systems. Demonstrated success in a performance-based environment with a track record of meeting service goals. Formal technical training or completion of a mechanical apprenticeship program.
