Residential HVAC Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. T&M is a new construction residential heating and air company, meaning technicians will be performing warranty service calls on newly construction homes where we installed the ducts and equipment- meaning diagnosing new systems. The ideal candidate will have a background with Carrier and Trane mechanical systems, with the ability to service and diagnose HVAC systems or a willingness to learn. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all HVAC repairs are performed efficiently and effectively. You may have to come to our warehouse headquarters in Covington, GA to load your van or get parts occasionally, however we do work all over the Atlanta metro, Alabama, Macon, Augusta. About Us T&M is one of the largest residential new construction HVAC companies in the southeast by volume. We are looking for motivated, experienced service technicians to join our team. Duties Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in new construction residential properties. Troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify issues and implement solutions. Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct refrigerant recovery and charging as per industry standards. Collaborate with other service technicians to complete complex projects or repairs. Weld components as necessary for system repairs or modifications. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and recommendations. Experience Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred- experience in new construction specifically is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics related to HVAC systems. Previous experience as a
