Job Title:
Residential HVAC Technician Pay:
$60,000 to $110,000 per year + hire-on bonuses starting at $5,000 for qualified individuals
Full-Time Schedule:

YOUR ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN
You'll start your workdays by checking over your vehicle and ensuring you have all the tools and equipment you need for the upcoming jobs. Once you're ready, you'll travel to the designated homes and get to work servicing and maintaining their heating and air conditioning equipment. You'll professionally engage with homeowners, answer questions, and deliver quality customer service. Attentively, you'll inspect systems, diagnose the source of mechanical and electrical issues, and discuss your findings with the customer. Once they've approved the work, you'll repair, maintain, and fine-tune the equipment, and schedule a comfort advisor to handle replacements. You'll double-check your work to ensure customer satisfaction and system functionality before heading out to the next job.
