Residential Licensed Plumber (PL01/PL02)

We are looking for a "hands on" plumber and leader (PL01 or PL02) that thrives in the residential plumbing service and repair business and works well in a team environment. You are a self-starter that enjoys mentoring an apprentice and sharing your knowledge and expertise. This is an opportunity to work with developing and growing the plumbing department with the plumbing manager.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Plumbing Manager to promote plumbing division Installation of water heaters Installation of home water filtration systems Basic to advanced plumbing work Angle stop replacements Ability to lift heavy objects

Experience/Skills Requirements:

Familiar with current plumbing codes Comfortable driving company vehicle Must be able to perform under pressure and work with minimal guidance, be a self-starter Must be organized and thorough with attention to detail Must be comfortable in crawl spaces, attics and ladders Computer skills Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service Team oriented Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to work collaboratively with team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels within the organization Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment, urgency and confidence

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

Current active PL01 or PL02

License Required:

Valid WA Drivers license

Preferred:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential repair and service field experience
