• Full-time Residential Manager-Community Training Home II Coordinator duties include but not limited to coordinate, monitor and supervise the daily operations of the assigned Residential CTH II facilities-4-5 homes in Orangeburg County; office located in Orangeburg-homes supervised are in Orangeburg; ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local guidelines and ability to interpret and implement guidelines, regulations, directives, standards, policies and procedures; responsible for supervision of staff to include hiring, training, evaluations and disciplinary actions; responsible for supervision of residents with intellectual disabilities to include but not limited to assessing, developing, implementation and monitor-ship of plans, applicant must be at least 21 years of age, have a Bachelor's Degree in human service field from an accredited college or university and at least one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or a related disability; SC State (PEBA)
