Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential properties, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drain systems Use hand tools and power tools Conduct residential construction plumbing repair work on new builds or remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry, assembly, and handyman tasks as needed Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or customer premises Must be on an "On-Call" basis ocassionally Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades within residential or commercial settings Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to perform heavy lifting safely Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations Valid driver's license required Join us if you're eager to apply your construction plumbing expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly improve our customers' homes.
