Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, organized, and motivated candidate for the role of Residential Program Manager (RPM) for our 3:00 PM•11:00 PM shift at our Quakertown residential program. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, staff support, and operational stability during evening hours. As the RPM, you will serve as the Team Leader for all 3-11 shifts and the primary point of contact for residential and clinical matters during this time. About Success Rehabilitation, Inc. Success Rehabilitation, Inc. is a residential and day treatment rehabilitation program serving adults with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments. The Residential Program Manager (RPM) provides critical leadership support to the Director of Compliance & Clinical Operations and the Program Administrator. This role ensures smooth evening operations, supports clinical initiatives, and leads residential staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance. Key Shift‑Specific Responsibilities Plan and organize daily evening activities and staff assignments Supervise all 3:00 PM•11:00 PM residential staff Ensure client schedules, programming, and routines are consistently followed Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to staff Operational & Staffing Management Serve as the primary leadership contact during the 3-11 shift Make necessary scheduling adjustments to ensure safe and appropriate staffing coverage Clinical & Program Support Assist with implementation of clinical protocols (e.g., exercise programs, treatment initiatives) Distribute and reinforce clinical materials and directives with residential staff Maintain open communication between the Clinical Team and Residential Staff Crisis Management & Documentation Promptly identify, manage, and report crisis situations or significant incidents Follow the established chain of command and complete all required documentation accurately and timely Communication & Collaboration Act as a liaison between residential staff, clinical teams, and on‑call leadership Provide feedback to clinical staff regarding therapeutic interventions and staff implementation Qualifications & Requirements To be eligible for this promotional opportunity, candidates must meet all of the following:
Leadership Skills:
A minimum of 6 months, proven ability to lead teams, build rapport, and provide effective feedback
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication for reporting and documentation
Licensure:
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License HS Diploma Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Continuously stand and walk throughout the shift Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
