Southeast Michigan Base Salary:

This role is responsible for managing new inbound and outbound sales opportunities, developing estimates, and consistently following up to drive decisions. You will play a critical role in ensuring no opportunity is missed and that prospects receive a seamless, professional experience from first contact to close. This is a results-driven sales role focused on pipeline management, responsiveness, and conversion. What You'll Do Own New Sales Opportunities Respond quickly to inbound leads and new inquiries Conduct site visits and assess customer needs Build and deliver clear, accurate estimates Drive Enhancement Sales Manage and sell enhancement-only projects for new customers Identify opportunities to expand scope and increase value Consistent Follow-Up & Closing Own follow-up on all assigned estimates Maintain consistent communication until a decision is made Proactively overcome objections and guide prospects to close Estimate & Project Management Handle full-property estimates for smaller-scale opportunities Ensure scopes are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations Pipeline Ownership Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in CRM Track all opportunities from lead to close Provide visibility into activity, follow-up, and results What We're Looking For Landscaping or home services experience is a plus, but not required Experience in sales, inside sales, or high-volume follow-up roles Strong closing instincts and comfort asking for the business Excellent communication and responsiveness Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once without dropping the ball Self-motivated and driven by results Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally What Success Looks Like Fast response times to all new leads High estimate-to-close conversion rates Consistent follow-up with minimal estimate aging Strong pipeline visibility and organization Growth in new residential revenue Compensation & Benefits Health through Blue Cross Blue Shield dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) Through Merrill Lynch Commission on closed sales Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and conversion Company vehicle (for business use) Opportunity for advancement within a growing organizationPay:
