• Part-time, Full-time, Contract Overview Pilum is seeking highly qualified Residential Security & Executive Protection Professionals to support a high-profile residential security contract in the Denver Metro Area.

The primary responsibility of this role is residential security operations, including fixed-post security and protection of occupants. Executive and dignitary protection responsibilities are also required and are a formal part of this position, though secondary to the residential mission. Pilum operates in daily coordination with the Colorado State Patrol and serves as a backup security element in support of State Patrol operations. Duties Provide primary residential security for a high-profile property, including fixed-post security and perimeter monitoring Maintain constant situational awareness of the residence, occupants, visitors, and surrounding environment Conduct executive and dignitary protection operations as required, including protective presence, movement security, and coordination during arrivals, departures, and off-site movements Seamlessly transition between residential security duties and executive protection responsibilities based on operational needs Serve as a professional, low-profile protective presence while maintaining strict confidentiality Coordinate daily with the Colorado State Patrol, operating as a backup security element when required Monitor and assess threats, suspicious activity, and vulnerabilities, taking appropriate action consistent with training and legal authority Enforce security protocols, access authorization procedures, and post orders Maintain operational readiness, including firearms proficiency and equipment readiness Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and law enforcement partners Uphold Pilum's standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability at all times Mandatory Experience Applicants must have prior military or law enforcement experience AND documented executive or dignitary protection experience. Executive or dignitary protection experience must be clearly listed on the resume.
