Residential Service Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team. Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing projects Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as pipe threading machines and welding tools Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems and assist with construction site projects Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation and repair activities Collaborate with team members on construction or remodeling sites to ensure project specifications are met Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC or other mechanical systems impacting plumbing operations Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing, remodeling, or general construction site work Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and HVAC components Basic math skills for measurements and calculations needed during installations or repairs Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile project support Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures for working on construction sites Familiarity with commercial driving is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments This role is ideal for individuals with a background in construction or plumbing trades who are committed to delivering quality service in residential settings.
