You'll handle service, repair, and installs across residential and light commercial plumbing systems using both craftsmanship and emerging technology. Diagnose and repair plumbing systems with precision and professionalism Educate customers on options, upgrades, and maintenance solutions Install and service fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drain systems Use modern plumbing technology — digital inspection tools, smart leak detection, and paperless invoicing systems Keep jobsites clean, safe, and code-compliant Represent JR Snider with confidence, respect, and pride What We're Looking For 2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential or light commercial) Tech-forward mindset — comfortable using tablets, apps, and smart diagnostic tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable team player with integrity and initiative Valid driver's license and clean driving record Based in or near Fauquier County, Prince William County, or Northern Virginia What You'll Get Pay That Reflects Your Skill Invoice profit sharing — earn more for the work you do Uncapped commissions and bonuses Weekly pay — every Friday, guaranteed Real Work-Life Balance No weekends.
