Residential Service Worker

We are looking for a person who is engaging and helps those with intellectual disabilities have a great quality of life. Understanding that Autism is a spectrum and all of our individuals fall somewhere on the spectrum. Our job is to encourage our individuals to participation in daily activities; such as, cooking, cleaning, laundry, choosing activities, go to doctor appointments, community outings. We are 24/7 awake provider. We are looking for a person with a pretty open availability as we are looking for all shifts in multiple locations. Staff should be open to learning and following directions from Upper Management about ALL Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans. MUST be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
