EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Three years' experience with clients and/or patients in substance us/misuse recovery. Two years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Prior experience in a Residential Treatment Center is preferred. Must be 21 years of age.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES
A valid/unrestricted New Mexico State license as a LADAC, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or higher, is desired. CPR and First Aid certification. Current valid State of New Mexico driver's license and be insurable under the Tribal auto insurance.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the management and coordination of the administrative program components and operation of the residential programs under ENIPC Behavioral Health Services. Responsible for providing administrative supervision of the clinical staff on site within the residential program. Works closely with and coordinates with the Clinical Supervisors to ensure collaboration between clinical and administrative services in day to day functioning of residential services. Responsible for consulting with the BHS Director and Clinical Supervisors as necessary. Works closely with the Quality Improvement Manager and to ensure that all programs, facility sites, contracts and grants, that are part of the residential program, meet Federal (and State) standards and compliance regulations. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the BHS Director or Designee. Guidelines for work performance are established in compliance with the standard of the Behavioral Health Program of ENIPC, Inc., US Department of Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Services Division, Children, Youth, and Families, Department (CYFD), Department of Justice (DOJ), NM Healthcare Authority (HCA), Falling Colors, and Indian Health Services (HIS).
