Residential Staff

Overview We are hiring! Community Support Associates, Inc. (www.csacapecod.com) is currently seeking team oriented, dependable staff for

FULL TIME, PART

TIME, and/or RELIEF hours working in our group homes with individuals who have brain injuries and other disabilities. We believe that good quality, professional staff are the foundation of our solid program.

PCA/HHA/CNA

experience or willingness to learn is necessary, as some personal care support and coaching is required as our residents age. The job involves all aspects of enriching the quality of life for each resident we serve. Massachusetts driver's license required. We pay competitive wages for human services work - starting salary may be higher than posted here dependent upon experience. We also offer a $3.00 weekend differential for the hours between 8 am and 10 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and generous paid time off with an ability to cash in unused time.
