Job Description
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Ensures individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management.
Assists in the management of client funds. + Ensures homes are clean, neat, and safe; and works with and/or contacts maintenance as appropriate. + Provides leadership including direct supervision of staff; implements Network employee practices; ensures safety and workers' compensation initiatives are followed; and ensures employees receive appropriate orientation and training. + Ensures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. + Performs other related duties and activities as required. + In NH - Responsible for reviewing all internal and external reports inclusive of outside fire protection contractor reports, and will complete all repairs required by such reports within 3 months.

Range:
$48,000 - $52,000- SUMMARY
- Supervises the day to day activities, and ensures all individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for those individuals. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinates activities and appointments of individuals served and maintains records.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: + Completes purchasing of program supplies and submits billing compliance documentation.
Ensures individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management.
Assists in the management of client funds. + Ensures homes are clean, neat, and safe; and works with and/or contacts maintenance as appropriate. + Provides leadership including direct supervision of staff; implements Network employee practices; ensures safety and workers' compensation initiatives are followed; and ensures employees receive appropriate orientation and training. + Ensures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. + Performs other related duties and activities as required. + In NH - Responsible for reviewing all internal and external reports inclusive of outside fire protection contractor reports, and will complete all repairs required by such reports within 3 months.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
_- + Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred + One to two years' experience preferred + An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements + Other education and experience as required by state
