Residential Treatment Center-House Manager

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Manager to oversee the operations and care services at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing group homes, assisted living facilities, or retirement homes, with a strong focus on long-term care. ## Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care services are provided
• Supervise staff members and coordinate their schedules
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with Administrator & Case Manager to optimize resident care
• Implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in operations management within a group home, assisted living, or retirement home setting prefered.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
