RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT WORKER RESIDENTIAL WORKER CATEGORY - NON EXEMPT

Provide direct service and supervise daily living skills of residents within a group home for persons with long-term mental illness.Location:

Starting at $20/hrEssential Responsibilities:
Supervise residents and provide a safe and comfortable environment. Provide intensive education, training and modeling in basic living skills and social skills including but not limited to shopping within a budget understanding the difference between "want" vs. "needs". Coordinate and monitor medical, dental and psychiatric services. Supervise medication compliance. Produce, complete, and maintain billing forms, logs, data collection forms, clinical documentation and client records in accordance with Thrive standards and state and federal regulations. Provide crisis intervention and basic behavioral program implementation. Transport clients. Review e-mail account daily for new messages . Carry and enliven a positive Thrive image consistent with the Thrive's Guiding Principles and professional code of ethics.Qualifications Education, Experience and Competencies:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in the Human Service field preferred.Certifications, Licenses Requirements:
Valid driver's license required or ability to obtain necessary transportation in order to perform the responsibilities/tasks of the job.
