Residential/Commercial Cleaner (2 Year Professional cleaning experience required)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a spotless environment. Handle floor care duties such as buffing and polishing as needed. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks in larger facilities or warehouses. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Skills Proven experience in cleaning roles such as janitorial or custodial positions is required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and techniques. Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
