Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential / Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems for both residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards. This position may require travel and working out of town for select projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems, including water, waste, gas, and drainage systems Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and project specifications Install fixtures, water heaters, piping systems, valves, pumps, and related plumbing equipment Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs efficiently and accurately Inspect plumbing systems and test for leaks, pressure, and proper functionality Troubleshoot and resolve service and installation issues Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, customers, and other trades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete assigned work orders and project documentation accurately Travel out of town for assigned projects, including overnight stays when required

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and repair procedures Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience using plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Plumbing license or certification preferred (if required by state/local regulations) Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders as needed Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Ability to travel and stay overnight for extended project durations when necessary
