Resort Front Desk Agent

Our Lakeside Resort is seeking seasonal Front Desk agents. The ideal candidate is someone who is a courteous, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in the hospitality industry. The primary responsibilities are to create reservations and ensure customer satisfaction prior to/during stay to result in a positive guest experience. The qualified, proactive candidate should have an upbeat cheerful personality, be well organized, and customer-focused. Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the willingness to learn new processes are a must. Front Desk experience is valued, but not required. We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions, from May through the middle of October. Experience is helpful, but not necessary. Paid training is provided as well as an "End of Season Bonus" for all eligible employees.
