About Us We are a rapidly growing, nationwide company specializing in the ownership and management of RV parks and resorts across the country. Our mission is to create welcoming, well-run communities where guests enjoy memorable experiences. As we expand, we are seeking strong leaders with a passion for hospitality, operations, and team development to join our management team. Job Summary The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in casual hospitality and hotel management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring quality guest satisfaction, and maintaining efficient cash handling processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of resort operations, including staff training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations while maintaining high standards of guest services. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development among staff. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of service is maintained at all times. Experience Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort settings. Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively in various roles including housekeeping, maintenance, or front desk. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Experience working within a budget is imperative.
