Resort Rental Housekeeper North Redington Beach area/Clearwater:
Preference will be given to applicants living within 10 miles of the business, due to the nature of the role and scheduling needs. A Housekeeper for resort rentals is responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation standards to ensure a positive "Home away From Home" feel as they vacation with us.Role Summary:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our vacation rentals are guest-ready, spotless, and perfectly staged. You will be responsible for the full turnover process-from opening the rooms to cleaning and the removal of dirty linens to identifying maintenance needs and finally to the inspections of the condos-to ensure every guest has a 5-star first impression.Key Responsibilities Turnover Cleaning:
May be needed to perform professional cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas following companyspecific checklists.Office Cleaning:
May be needed to clean offices and employee bathrooms as well as discard of trash.Staging & Presentation:
Arrange furniture, pillows, and decor according to JCR standards to create an inviting atmosphere.Linen Management:
Strip and replace all linens and towels, ensuring they are crisp and stainfree. Unload linens from linen vendor and reject linens that do not meet standards. Fold linens and place into bags for cleaning vendors. May need to launder linens as needed in onsite laundry room. Keep linen room clean and organized.Amenity Restocking:
Replenish "starter packs" of toiletries and kitchen sets.Outdoor Care:
Clean and tidy outdoor patios and/or balconies and front door wiped down, and welcome mat swept free of dirt and sand.Lost & Found:
Document and report items left behind by guests according to JCR protocols.Requirements & Qualifications Availability:
Must be available to work on Saturdays, which is our biggest turnover day.Communication:
Smartphone access for realtime schedule updates and maintenance reporting.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a work week.Efficiency:
Capable of meeting strict deadlines in a timely manner. (e.g., 98% checkin readiness for backtoback bookings in high seasons) Attention to detail: Precision in following checklists to meet JCR cleanliness and staging standards.Independence:
Often working solo or in small teams with minimal supervision throughout the day.Variety:
May work across multiple properties requiring travel between resorts. Having a vehicle is a PLUS but not necessary. (Mileage is Paid per Miles traveled.) Company Standards All company information including but not limited to records, data, procedures, and operations as well as any information, data and records pertaining to temporary help, property owners, clients, customers, vacation rental guests, vendors, contractors, and all employees will be kept strictly confidential during the entire period of employment as well as after termination of employment. The highest standards of accuracy will be maintained in all data recorded and work performed. All temporary help, property owners, clients, customers, vacation rental guests, vendors and contractors and any other persons contacted on the telephone or in persons will be treated in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
