Respiratory therapists practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, they perform intubations and insert a-lines. RRTs are experienced Respiratory Therapists that demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. They exhibit a strong commitment to professional respiratory standards and inter-professional collaboration. These RRTs are early adopters of Novant Health systems, technology, and workflows. What We're Looking For:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
