You'll work with the same residents every day , track their progress, and build real relationships — not just pass through like in a hospital.

What You'll Do Provide hands-on respiratory care (nebs, assessments, airway clearance, etc.) Track progress and adjust care plans Work directly with nursing + physicians to improve outcomes Be the respiratory expert in the building What You Need Active RT license (RRT or CRT) BLS (ACLS if working with vents — can get after hire) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Why Banyan Consistent patients — actually see improvement over time Autonomy — you're the respiratory lead in the building Support — we handle the backend so you can focus on care Growth — help build something new in post-acute care The Bottom Line This isn't a hospital grind.
