Role:

Current Indiana State License, NBRC certification, and BLS (AHA) required NRP certification is preferred Experience with adult critical care within a hospital setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience with night shifts and rotating schedules Knowledge of advanced respiratory therapies and procedures Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent Previous hospital-based experience, particularly in critical care, is highly valued CRT certification with relevant clinical background

Other Requirements:
