Flexible, based on the needs of the family About the Role As a CFASS/Respite Provider, you will offer supportive, strength-based services to help youth develop skills, build confidence, and work toward personal goals. You will also provide short-term relief to caregivers by engaging youth in safe, structured, and appropriate activities. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support and supervision to youth in the community or in the home Engage youth in recreational, social, and skill-building activities Implement individualized goals based on the youth's needs Maintain professional boundaries and ensure safety at all times Document sessions and communicate progress to the team as needed Qualifications Experience working with children or youth required Ability to engage with diverse families and manage challenging behaviors Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Must meet all program onboarding requirements (fingerprinting, background checks, trainings)
