In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing installations, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and coordinate with project teams to deliver top-quality results. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold standards, and ensure the successful completion of complex plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts and installations Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material takeoffs and labor calculations Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and other mechanical tools Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Manage field service tasks such as troubleshooting plumbing issues, pipe replacement, remodeling work, and system maintenance Requirements Proven experience as a master plumber with construction site experience in commercial or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, HVAC integration, and mechanical principles Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus Skilled in pipe threading, welding, assembly, remodeling techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations; familiarity with construction schematics is essential Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project stakeholders Join our team as a Responsible Master Plumber where your expertise will lead impactful projects that shape communities.
