CRT RCP License Full Job Description Respiratory Therapy Branch Manager Location:

Elmsford Full-Time | Salaried Leadership Opportunity A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Branch Manager to lead a high-volume respiratory care operation supporting complex pediatric and adult patients in the home setting. This is a field-based leadership role combining clinical oversight, operations management, staff leadership, and referral relationship development. This branch is one of the organization's top-performing locations and partners with leading hospitals throughout New York. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinician, team leader, and operational problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Office Hours:

8:30am-5:00pm Additional hours as needed On-call rotation every 4 weeks

Compensation:

Quarterly bonus potential Company vehicle + gas card Phone reimbursement Laptop/tablet provided

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee branch respiratory operations Manage and mentor Respiratory Therapists and support staff Coordinate patient setups, scheduling, and continuity of care Support referral growth and hospital relationships Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards Participate in operational improvement initiatives Assist with onboarding and training of new staff

Qualifications:

Active RRT or CRT credential required Current Respiratory Care license in good standing Current CPR certification Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience Leadership or management experience preferred Home care or field respiratory experience highly preferred Valid driver's license required
