• Full-time Locally owned, Blazing Onion Burger Co is currently seeking an Hourly Assistant General manager position to bolster our team in our Gig Harbor location.

We are looking for an AGM that is driven and strives to excel to the next level, that value being part of a growing brand and are willing to put in the work to make it better. Our Supervisors must be part of the solution and not part of the problem. You must be familiar with managing staff, dealing with guest issues and communicating with management. Starting wage is $30 an hour plus 5 hours of overtime at $45 an hour. There is a bonus program also which is $1,500 per quarter. This is a family operated company with many growth opportunities.
