We are seeking a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and support our growing team. Position Overview The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the bridge between guests, staff, and ownership, with a focus on driving sales, maintaining standards, and building a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally with a focus on retention Monitor financial performance, control costs, and work toward revenue goals Identify trends and implement strategies to improve operations and sales Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the restaurant Complete required reporting and communicate effectively with ownership Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with restaurant systems and general computer use Solid understanding of financials, labor, and cost control Schedule & Expectations 50-60 hours per week Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance Free shift meals
