The Wyndgate Country Club is committed to provide world class service to members, their families and guests. Our Clubhouse features full-service dining along with a busy calendar of private events, weddings, and member functions.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Banquet Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate banquet events. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for hospitality. The role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in upscale, member-focused environment and takes pride in delivering elevated service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, private parties Maintain strong relationship with club members and ensure consistent, high-quality service Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, culinary team, and Event Coordinator for seamless event execution Supervise events setup service flow, and breakdown Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards Manage budgets, labor costs, and revenue goals 2+ years of experience in restaurant and/or banquet management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food & beverage operations and event planning Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with POS systems and event management software Background in hospitality, hotel, or catering environments What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience)
