Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Restaurant Chef, where your passion for food and leadership will elevate the dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food preparation, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food management will drive the success of our restaurant while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talent and management skills in a vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production, high standards of food safety, and excellent service delivery Plan menus that highlight creativity, seasonal ingredients, and dietary considerations, including catering and banquet offerings Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources Coordinate shift management and kitchen operations to meet service demands during peak hours and special events Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all kitchen activities Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance overall guest satisfaction through exceptional food service experiences Qualifications Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or banquet environments Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety regulations Expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service management systems Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality presentation and flavor balance Familiarity with bartending, serving, and hospitality standards is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your leadership transforms dining experiences.
