are franchise groups for Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. and based in Arden, NC. We own and operate 100 restaurants in Western North Carolina, upstate South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Kentucky. We started in 2001 with six restaurants in Asheville, NC and have grown to the 100 locations we have today and continuing to grow! We are looking for Full and Part-time positions are available in our restaurants today! Cook, Food Prep, and Biscuit maker for all shifts is what we are urgently hiring for. Requirements include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare and cook to order chicken and a variety of other foods that require only a short preparation time. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Operate large-volume cooking equipment Verify food meets quality and quantity expectations Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions and preparation and cooking of food accordingly Wash, Cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously Clean, stock and restock workstations and display case Greeting customers with a smile Taking accurate food orders Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift Maintain restaurant cleanliness We offer benefits for full time employees such as: Dental, Vision and Health Insurance, 401K and PTO.
