Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained at all times Operate POS systems such as toast to process orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service for dine-in or takeout orders Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and managing time effectively during busy shifts Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as toast Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for sales upselling Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafes, or retail grocery stores is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
