Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards, including handling ingredients and assembling orders Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and quickly Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, organizing the kitchen area, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed Support team members during busy periods by managing food prep, serving customers, or performing quick cleaning tasks Experience Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are beneficial Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail store settings will help you excel in this role Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices is advantageous Prior kitchen experience or working in a café setting can provide a strong foundation for success in this position Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
