Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Support guest relations by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere through friendly phone etiquette and attentive guest interactions Collaborate with team members to deliver timely food delivery and uphold high standards of hospitality Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems and process transactions smoothly Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build positive guest relations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us today and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
