Ensure all brand standards and procedures are followed with excellence and consistency. Lead effective product rollouts and ensure staff is trained and prepared for every new initiative. Business Leadership Analyze financial performance and develop smart, actionable plans to maximize sales, control costs, and boost profitability . Manage budgets, labor efficiency, inventory, and compliance with precision. Monitor the local competitive landscape and position your restaurant to outperform competitors in service, digital engagement, and guest loyalty. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, including people and performance leadership. Demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and employee development . Proven experience using P&L analysis to drive performance and improve outcomes. Comfortable using digital tools and modern technology platforms to improve operations and guest engagement. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs , health codes, and safety standards. High adaptability-experienced in change management and leading teams through transitions. Passionate about upholding KFC's culture and values-with a focus on respect, growth, and diversity, equity, and inclusion .
