Restaurant General Manager

JEM Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is currently seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to oversee daily operations and lead teams of 10-45 employees in the Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA markets. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 4 years of management experience and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. The positions feature a 50-hour work week with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, as well as attractive benefits such as paid vacation, free meals, a robust bonus program, 401(k) with match, and health insurance.

Key responsibilities include:

Directing, training, and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members Managing food safety, guest service, inventory, and restaurant equipment Driving, monitoring, and achieving restaurant budgets, sales, and profitability goals Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience and the ability to work long and irregular shifts.
