You Bring:

3-5 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L) Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams High energy, urgency, and accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills The Reality of the Role Let's be real—this is a fast-paced, hands-on role.
