Job Description
Job Overview Join the team at Claire's Restaurant, a long-standing local favorite in Edmonds known for its welcoming atmosphere, all-day breakfast, and classic American comfort food. We pride ourselves on friendly service, strong teamwork, and creating a neighborhood dining experience guests return to again and again. We are currently hiring a Weekend Host (15-20 hours per weekend) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. Weekend availability is required , as this position will primarily support our busiest shifts. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders as needed Manage waitlists and seating flow Maintain a clean and organized dining area Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff Handle busy shifts with efficiency and professionalism What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability for weekends and holidays Previous restaurant experience preferred Team player with strong work ethic Why Work With Us Part-time schedule (15-20 hours per weekend) Established, locally loved restaurant with a loyal customer base Consistent daytime hours (no late nights) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Tips and Paid sick time 401(k) plan available for employees working 1,000+ hours per year
