TBD Job Description Lucky Louie Fish Shack, a Kathy Casey concept, is located in SEA-TAC Airport. Our restaurant is a QSR fish and chips style, walk-up in the Central Terminal, the hub of the airport. We are seeking an organized, efficient, and restaurant supervisor with a positive service focused professionalism to oversee all aspects of kitchen and FOH operations. This is a fast-paced hands-on position, candidate must be able to see all and do all, with a positive attitude focused on accuracy and speed. This individual will help lead our team, as well as handle the day to day operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will play a key role on our team by managing the restaurant staff as well as overseeing the success and profitability of the business.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage operations as part of the leadership team. Train, supervise, and develop restaurant staff including cashiers, cooks, leads, prep and utilities Oversee all restaurant staff at a level of excellence at all times Oversee and train staff on Brand Standards and Recipe Execution Expectations Perform Prep and Cooking Line Quality Control Checks during all shifts Kitchen Ordering and Inventory with Accuracy Proper Sanitation Procedures according to Washington State Health Department Regulations Precise recipe adherence to Brand specifications Organization of kitchen, walk in, freezer, BOH and storage - keeping it tidy Review product quality and deliveries Have a hands-on attitude, this is a working management position must posses ability to complete all kitchen tasks Computer competence with clear understanding of communication (Excel, Word, Google Docs) Ability to work all stations in the operation Consistently assess profitability and identify areas for improvement Address customer inquiries and complaints Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented attitude Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure Keen problem solver eager to tackle challenges in an organized and strategic manner Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred 3+ years of experience of assistant management fast casual or high quality fast food experience Candidates with prior experience as a manager are preferred WA food handler's permit required ServSafe Manager certification required
